The RMO/RMI course has been developed by the Ministry of the Environment to ensure that persons entering property under the authority of the Clean Water Act, 2006 have the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to safely and effectively carry out their duties. The course has two components: 1) Property Entry and 2) RMO/RMI.
